The contractor shall: • Design and install a complete electronic access control system for designated doors and entry points. • Supply and install: • Access control panels and controllers • Card readers, biometric readers, or keypad units (as specified) • Electric door locks, exit buttons, and door position sensors • Access management software with user-level control • Power supply units and battery backups • Integrate the access control system with the CCTV system for event-based recording (where applicable). • Conduct full testing, commissioning, and staff training. • Provide all related documentation and warranties.
